CANCELLATION, RETURN AND WARRANTY TERMS
Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before the goods are dispatched. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Right
of Withdrawal YunusKoruyucu products are professional electronic equipment designed for use in fishing activities and intended for operation in a marine environment.
As it is not possible to verify the technical condition and usage history of the products after they have been used, tested or powered up in a marine environment, there is no right of return or withdrawal for products whose packaging has been opened, which have been installed, tested or used.

Defective or Damaged Products
For products found to be damaged upon delivery, a report must be drawn up with the courier and notification must be provided to us within 3 working days at the latest.
Manufacturing defects are covered under the warranty.

Warranty Period
YunusKoruyucu products are covered by a **1 (one) year warranty** from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers only manufacturing and material defects.
The following situations are excluded from the warranty:

Use contrary to the instructions for use;
unauthorised intervention, repair or modification of the product;
physical impact, breakage or damage caused by the user;
damage to cables and connections;
unsuitable supply voltage or electrical faults;
natural disasters and environmental effects.
