Membership Agreement

MEMBERSHIP AND USER AGREEMENT
1. Parties
This Membership and User Agreement is entered into between the party operating the www.yunuskoruyucu.com website (“the Site”) and the user who visits the site, becomes a member or makes a purchase without becoming a member (“the User”).
Anyone using the Site is deemed to have accepted the following terms.

2. Membership is
Not Compulsory It is not compulsory to create a membership to make purchases via www.yunuskoruyucu.com.
Users may make purchases either
as a Member or
without becoming a Member (as a guest user).
Users who make purchases without registering are also deemed to have accepted the relevant provisions of this agreement.

3. Membership Procedures

and that they are
responsible for any transactions carried out via their account.

4. User Obligations

user agrees to use the Site in accordance with applicable legislation;

not to infringe the rights of other individuals or organisations;
and not
to upload any software or code that could cause harm to the Site.

5. Order and Sales Transactions
Orders placed via the Site are processed following order confirmation and completion of payment.
Product prices, technical specifications and stock information may be updated without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

product images,
technical content,
software and
text
featured on www.yunuskoruyucu.com are protected under the relevant intellectual property legislation.

7. Termination
of Membership The user may request the closure of their membership account at any time.
The site administration may suspend or terminate membership in the following circumstances:

detection of unlawful use;
activities that jeopardise system security;
or breach of this agreement.

8. Privacy
User information is processed and protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legislation.

9. Limitation
of Liability The
site administration shall not be held liable for any damages arising from technical faults,
server outages,
internet access issues,
or disruptions
caused by third-party service providers.

10. Amendments
to the Agreement The site management reserves the right to amend this Agreement. The updated Agreement shall come into force on the date it is published on the website.

11. Resolution
of Disputes Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

12. Validity
By registering as a member of the website or by placing an order without registering, the user declares that they have read, understood and accepted all the provisions of this agreement.
